Vaye Yapı İnşaat Limited Şirketi was founded in 2015 and is based in Istanbul. We work with general contractors, investors and project management teams, taking defined work packages from planning to handover under single accountability.

Construction execution, mechanical and electrical systems, fit-out and site operations come together at a single point of control. That lets us manage the item which produces the most delay and dispute — coordination between disciplines — without leaving it at a contract boundary.

On some projects we are the turnkey contractor; on others we are the specialist subcontractor delivering mechanical and electrical works. Which role we took on which project is stated project by project in the reference list.

Cash flow, procurement, work schedule and financial assurance are planned specifically for each project.

Field teams are planned and managed according to the approved scope and project schedule. The core team stays fixed; site capacity grows to what the project requires.

Quality, safety and site discipline

Items checked separately in the delivery process of every project.

Quality management: Work is checked against technical specifications, project requirements and application standards. We do not move to the next item before a non-conformity is closed.
Health and safety: Safe working conditions, team awareness and preventive risk management come ahead of site operations. The setup does not change with the number of people on site.
Site control: Execution is managed through regular monitoring, team coordination and quality control mechanisms. Control records are open to client inspection.
Compliance with standards: Projects are planned, executed and delivered in alignment with technical, operational and corporate standards.
Environment: Site waste is separated; noise and dust control is planned around the neighbouring building. On urban transformation work that matters as much as the site itself.
